things that make our system different
than most other online recruiting

important that your recruiters
understand this. They need to realize
that these applications are not like
the ones they get from other sites.
Traditionally, driver
applications have been “blasted” out
to any company that requested them.
That put the driver in the unenviable
position of having to field dozens of
phone calls from unknown recruiters
all over the country.
Of course the
recruiters didn’t have it any better.

driver, he or she had already talked
to several recruiters and had often
already accepted a job. This caused
recruiters to devalue all “internet

much work for too little payoff.
