Utilize Your MVP to Insure Success
From the CEO: This timely tip is sent
to our clients to help maximize their results.
June 22, 2006
When’s the last time you checked in with your MVP?
As you know, we like to have a primary point of contact at each of
our client companies who we refer to as the MVP or Most Valuable
Player. Ideally, this person will be responding to all the phone
calls and applications that come through our system.
We say this person is the “most valuable” because he or she is on
the frontline of your recruiting efforts. They should know better
than anyone what kind of success you’re having with our system. They
should also have a good feel for what your drivers are responding to
and what kind of response your getting to your advertising.
If you haven’t done so lately, it’s probably a good idea to talk
with this person and find out how our system is working. Kick the
tires a little. Make sure they’re happy with our program and make
sure there’s nothing stopping them from doing a great job with the
potential drivers we send.
Let us know if you find any problems. We’re eager to do whatever it
takes to make this a successful partnership.
